Does the Annature agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It doesn't just suggest actions; it performs them. It can draft, send, archive, and update records in Annature and connected apps without you needing to click a button.

How is this different from native Annature features?

Native features handle the e-signature process. DoMyWork connects Annature to your entire stack—CRM, Drive, Slack—to handle the work that happens before and after signing.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain complex logic. DoMyWork is an agent; you describe the outcome in plain English, and it figures out the steps to execute the work for you.

Can the agent monitor my Annature dashboard?

Yes, it can track signing status 24/7. It can be set to watch for specific events, like an envelope expiring, and take action automatically, such as sending a reminder.

Is my document data safe?

Yes. DoMyWork is designed for enterprise security. It executes tasks using your credentials and does not store your sensitive document content longer than necessary to complete the task.

Can the agent connect Annature to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. A single prompt can trigger a chain of actions, such as downloading a signed file from Annature, saving it to Google Drive, and updating a record in HubSpot simultaneously.
