Does the Beambox agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that just suggests ideas, the Beambox agent executes the work. It reads your data, makes decisions, and performs the actions in your connected apps.

Is this different from Beambox native features?

Yes. While Beambox handles guest data and Wi-Fi, our AI agent works across your entire stack—connecting Beambox to your CRM, email tools, and project trackers to handle complex, multi-step tasks.

How does this compare to Zapier for Beambox?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent uses its intelligence to complete the work across Beambox and 1,500+ apps.

Can the Beambox agent monitor my data 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for new guest signups or feedback and act instantly, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to engage a visitor.

Is my guest data safe?

We prioritise security. Your data is processed securely, and our agents only access the apps and information necessary to complete the specific tasks you have authorised.

Can the agent connect Beambox to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. The agent can pull data from Beambox, enrich it using web search, update your CRM, and notify your team on Slack—all as part of a single, intelligent instruction.
