Does it actually execute tasks or just suggest them?

It executes them. You describe the task, and the agent performs the actions in Bigcommerce and your other connected apps directly.

How is this different from Bigcommerce's built-in AI tools?

Bigcommerce tools are often limited to store features. DoMyWork executes cross-app tasks, like moving data to your CRM, accounting software, or support tools.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build logic steps. With DoMyWork, you just describe the task in plain English, and the AI agent handles the multi-step execution for you.

Can I monitor what the agent is doing?

Yes, you can track every action the agent takes. It provides a clear log of every task it completes in your Bigcommerce store.

How do you keep my Bigcommerce data safe?

We use secure, encrypted connections to your apps and never store your sensitive store credentials. You remain in control of all permissions.

Can the agent connect Bigcommerce to multiple apps at once?

Yes, the agent can perform multi-step tasks that involve Bigcommerce, your CRM, your email provider, and your project management tools simultaneously.
