Does the CertifyMe agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike suggestions or copilots, the CertifyMe agent takes direct action to issue certificates, update records, and send notifications across your connected tools based on your instructions.

How is this different from native CertifyMe automation?

Native automation handles basic triggers. DoMyWork agents use multi-step intelligence to research, validate, and make decisions before executing tasks across CertifyMe and 1,500+ other apps.

Can I use DoMyWork instead of Zapier for CertifyMe?

Yes. While Zapier requires you to build complex logic, DoMyWork lets you describe tasks in plain English. The agent handles the multi-step execution across CertifyMe and your other apps.

Does the CertifyMe agent monitor my account 24/7?

Yes. With autopilot, the agent watches for new events in CertifyMe or other apps and acts instantly, ensuring no certificate is left unissued and no delivery error goes unnoticed.

Is my CertifyMe data safe with DoMyWork?

We prioritise security. Your data is processed only to execute the tasks you define. We do not use your CertifyMe data to train our models, ensuring your information remains private.

Can the CertifyMe agent connect to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. You can instruct the agent to pull data from a CRM, issue certificates in CertifyMe, and post updates to Slack in a single, unified workflow.
