Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks in Chaindesk?

Yes. DoMyWork is not just a suggestion engine. It executes actions like indexing files, updating knowledge base entries, and drafting replies across Chaindesk and your other connected apps.

How is this different from native AI in Chaindesk?

While native AI helps with querying, DoMyWork connects Chaindesk to 1,500+ other apps, enabling cross-platform workflows like syncing Drive files to Chaindesk or updating Jira from support tickets.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Chaindesk?

Zapier requires you to build logical flows step by step. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution across Chaindesk and your tools.

Can the agent monitor my knowledge base?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for new files in your storage, sync them to Chaindesk, or flag outdated content, ensuring your knowledge base stays current 24/7.

Is my data safe with DoMyWork?

We prioritise security. DoMyWork acts as an intelligent layer that processes your instructions and executes actions within your connected apps, following strict data privacy standards.

Can I connect Chaindesk to multiple apps?

Absolutely. You can create workflows that pull data from Notion, Drive, or Slack, index it in Chaindesk, and then notify your team in Slack or email updates to your customers.
