Does the Chargebee AI agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike co-pilots that only suggest actions, DoMyWork agents execute the work across Chargebee and your other tools, such as updating CRM records or drafting emails.

How is this different from native Chargebee AI?

Native AI features are often limited to the platform itself. DoMyWork agents operate across your entire tech stack, connecting Chargebee to your email, CRM, and communication tools.

How does this compare to Zapier or Make?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain 'if-then' logic. DoMyWork agents use natural language to understand your intent and execute complex, multi-step tasks instantly.

Can the agent monitor my Chargebee account 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for specific Chargebee events, such as payment failures or new subscriptions, and take immediate action.

Is my Chargebee billing data safe?

We prioritise security and data privacy. Your credentials and data are handled with industry-standard encryption, and the agent only performs the actions you authorise.

Can I connect Chargebee to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. You can instruct the agent to pull data from Chargebee, enrich it with web search, update your CRM, and post a summary to Slack in a single task.
