Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks or just suggest them?

It executes them. You describe the task in plain English, and the agent performs the actions across Coupontools and your other connected apps.

How does this differ from native Coupontools AI features?

Native AI often focuses on campaign suggestions. DoMyWork acts as an operational agent that executes multi-step work across your entire app stack, not just within Coupontools.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build logical workflows step-by-step. DoMyWork uses AI to understand your intent and execute the entire task in one go, handling the logic for you.

Can I monitor what the agent is doing?

Yes, you can review the agent's actions in your dashboard, and you can set up alerts so you are notified whenever the agent completes a critical task.

Is my coupon data safe?

We prioritise security and data privacy. Your data is encrypted, and the agent only accesses the specific apps and records you authorise it to use.

Can the agent connect Coupontools to other apps?

Yes, DoMyWork integrates Coupontools with 1,500+ other apps, allowing you to sync redemption data, trigger CRM updates, or send notifications across your entire business.
