Does the Docsbot AI agent actually execute work?

Yes. It does not just suggest answers. It performs actions across your apps, such as creating Jira tickets, sending emails, or updating your content management systems.

How is this different from native Docsbot AI features?

Native features focus on answering customer queries. DoMyWork agents expand this by connecting Docsbot AI to your entire stack, handling multi-app workflows that native tools cannot reach.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps to execute it across Docsbot AI and your other apps.

Can the agent monitor my Docsbot AI account?

Yes. You can set up agents to watch for new sources or search queries and trigger specific actions, such as alerting your team or updating your internal documentation.

Is my data safe with the Docsbot AI agent?

Yes. We prioritise security and only access the data required to perform the specific tasks you assign to the agent, ensuring your knowledge base and customer info remain protected.

Can the agent connect Docsbot AI to multiple apps at once?

Yes. You can give the agent a single instruction that involves Docsbot AI, Zendesk, Slack, and Google Sheets simultaneously, and it will handle the full cross-app execution.
