Does the Doctly agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that only suggests text, the Doctly agent performs the actions in your apps, such as creating records, sending emails, and updating calendars.

How is this different from native Doctly features?

Native features are built into Doctly. DoMyWork agents connect Doctly to 1,500+ other apps, allowing you to move data and trigger actions across your entire software stack.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build logic flows. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English and the agent executes the multi-step process autonomously.

Can the Doctly agent monitor my practice 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for triggers like new appointments or registrations and act on them instantly, day or night.

Is my patient data safe with this agent?

DoMyWork is built with enterprise-grade security. We ensure that all data handling complies with industry standards for clinical information security.

Can I connect Doctly to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. You can instruct the agent to pull data from Doctly, process it, and send the result to your accounting, email, and project management apps simultaneously.
