Does the DoneDone AI agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that just suggests text, DoMyWork executes the task in DoneDone, such as moving a ticket or updating a field, based on your plain English instructions.

How is this different from native AI in DoneDone?

Native AI features are often limited to the app itself. DoMyWork acts across DoneDone and 1,500+ other apps, allowing for complex, multi-step tasks that native features cannot handle.

Is this better than using Zapier for DoneDone?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. DoMyWork uses AI to understand your intent, allowing you to describe a task in plain English and have the agent figure out the steps.

Can the agent monitor my DoneDone account 24/7?

Yes. You can set up autopilot jobs that watch for specific events in DoneDone, such as new tickets or status changes, and have the agent act on them instantly.

Is my data safe with the DoneDone AI agent?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security to ensure your DoneDone data is handled securely and only used to execute the tasks you explicitly authorise.

Can the agent connect DoneDone to other apps?

Absolutely. The agent can pull data from DoneDone and push it to Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, or any of our 1,500+ supported integrations to complete your work.
