Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks or just suggest them?

It executes them. You describe the task in plain English, and the agent performs the actions directly in Freshsales classic and your other connected tools.

How is this different from native AI in Freshsales classic?

Native AI is often limited to the CRM itself. DoMyWork acts across Freshsales classic AND 1,500+ other apps, executing multi-step workflows that span your entire stack.

Is this better than using Zapier for Freshsales classic?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. With DoMyWork, you simply describe the outcome, and the agent figures out the steps, handles the logic, and executes the work.

Can the agent monitor my Freshsales classic account?

Yes, it can run on autopilot, watching for new leads, deal updates, or scheduled times to trigger actions, ensuring your CRM work never falls through the cracks.

Is my data safe with DoMyWork?

Yes. We use secure, encrypted connections to interact with Freshsales classic, and the agent only performs the specific tasks you authorise.

Can it connect Freshsales classic to my other apps?

Absolutely. It is designed to work across 1,500+ apps, allowing you to move data, trigger actions, and sync information between Freshsales classic and your email, Slack, and more.
