Does the GiftBit agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that just suggests actions, our agent executes the tasks across GiftBit and your connected apps, such as sending the reward and logging the data in your CRM.

How is this different from native GiftBit features?

Native features handle the core reward delivery. DoMyWork agents connect GiftBit to your entire stack, allowing for complex, cross-app workflows like triggering rewards from CRM updates.

Is this just an automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build logic step by step. With DoMyWork, you describe the goal in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps and executes them across your apps.

Can the GiftBit agent monitor my account?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for specific events, like reward redemptions or delivery failures, and act on them instantly without you needing to monitor the dashboard.

Is my reward data safe with the agent?

Yes. We prioritise security and ensure that your reward data is handled securely while the agent performs the tasks you have authorised.

Can the agent connect GiftBit to multiple apps?

Absolutely. The agent can link GiftBit to your CRM, project management tools, communication platforms, and spreadsheets simultaneously to complete multi-step work.
