Does the Gravitec agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It doesn't just suggest actions; it logs into your Gravitec account and connected apps to perform the work, schedule campaigns, and update segments.

How is this different from Gravitec's native features?

Gravitec provides the platform for push notifications, while our agent provides the intelligence to manage that platform across your entire tech stack automatically.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Gravitec?

Zapier requires you to build rigid workflows. DoMyWork lets you describe tasks in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps to execute them across Gravitec and other apps.

Can the agent monitor my Gravitec campaigns 24/7?

Yes. Our autopilot agents watch for events like new subscribers or Shopify orders and act on them instantly, ensuring no engagement opportunity is missed.

Is my data safe with the Gravitec agent?

We use secure, encrypted connections to interact with your Gravitec account. We only access the data required to perform the tasks you explicitly authorise.

Can the agent connect Gravitec to other tools?

Absolutely. The agent can pull data from Shopify, Google Sheets, or Slack and use that context to update Gravitec segments or draft personalised notifications.
