Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks or just suggest them?

DoMyWork executes tasks. It performs the actions you describe in Groove and your connected apps, rather than just providing suggestions or drafting text for you to manually click.

How is this different from native Groove AI features?

Native Groove AI is often limited to drafting text within the app. DoMyWork acts across your entire stack, connecting Groove to your CRM, Slack, and other tools to complete full workflows.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Groove automation?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps to execute it across Groove and your other apps.

Does the agent monitor my Groove inbox 24/7?

Yes, our autopilot agents watch for new tickets or events in Groove around the clock, triggering actions the moment your criteria are met.

Is my customer data safe?

Data security is our priority. DoMyWork uses secure, encrypted connections to interact with Groove and your other tools, ensuring your sensitive customer information stays protected.

Can DoMyWork connect Groove to more than one app at once?

Yes, our agents are designed for multi-step intelligence. They can pull data from Groove, check your CRM, and update a spreadsheet or Slack channel in one single execution.
