Does DoMyWork actually execute KanbanFlow tasks?

Yes. It is not a suggestion engine. When you tell it to move a card or update a task, it performs the action directly in your KanbanFlow account.

How is this different from KanbanFlow's native features?

KanbanFlow handles project management; our AI agent handles the cross-app work, like syncing data from Gmail, Slack, or Sheets, which native features cannot do.

Is this better than using Zapier for KanbanFlow?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. DoMyWork uses plain English, allowing you to describe complex, multi-step tasks that the agent executes instantly.

Can the agent monitor my KanbanFlow boards 24/7?

Yes. You can set up autopilot jobs that watch for specific events—like a task becoming overdue—and trigger immediate actions without you needing to be present.

Is my KanbanFlow data safe?

We prioritise security and use encrypted connections to interact with your KanbanFlow account. Your data is only used to execute the tasks you explicitly authorise.

Can I connect KanbanFlow to apps other than Slack?

Absolutely. You can connect KanbanFlow to any of the 1,500+ apps we support, including CRMs, helpdesks, and document tools, to create a unified workflow.
