Does the Katana Cloud Manufacturing agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It is not a suggestion engine. It executes actions across Katana and your other apps based on your instructions, such as updating records or sending notifications.

How does this differ from native Katana Cloud Manufacturing automation?

Native tools often require complex setup. DoMyWork uses natural language to handle multi-step, cross-app work that native tools cannot reach.

Is this an alternative to Zapier for Katana Cloud Manufacturing?

Zapier requires you to build logical workflows. DoMyWork agents use intelligence to make decisions and execute tasks in plain English, reducing the need for manual configuration.

Can the agent monitor my Katana Cloud Manufacturing account 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for specific triggers in Katana or other apps and act immediately, such as alerting you to production delays.

Is my production data safe with DoMyWork?

We prioritise security and ensure your Katana Cloud Manufacturing data is handled according to strict privacy standards, with access limited to the tasks you authorise.

Can the agent connect Katana Cloud Manufacturing to other apps?

Yes. It connects Katana to 1,500+ apps, allowing you to sync data between your manufacturing, accounting, and communication tools seamlessly.
