Does the Malcolm! agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike suggestions or copilots, the Malcolm! agent executes real actions like creating Jira tickets, drafting emails, or updating your CRM based on your instructions.

How is this different from Malcolm! built-in features?

Malcolm! provides the feedback platform, while DoMyWork acts as the execution layer that connects that feedback to your entire tech stack, automating the work that follows.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Malcolm! tasks?

Zapier requires you to build manual logic. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution across Malcolm! and 1,500+ apps.

Does the Malcolm! agent monitor my account 24/7?

Yes. When set up on autopilot, the agent watches for new Malcolm! entries and acts instantly based on your rules, ensuring no customer insight is missed.

Is my Malcolm! data safe?

Yes. DoMyWork uses secure, encrypted connections to interact with your Malcolm! account and only performs the specific tasks you authorise.

Can the Malcolm! agent connect to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. One instruction can trigger a chain of events, such as creating a Jira ticket, updating a HubSpot contact, and posting a summary to Slack simultaneously.
