Does the Olark agent actually execute tasks or just suggest?

The Olark agent executes tasks. It doesn't just suggest replies; it performs actions like updating CRM records, creating support tickets, and drafting emails directly in your connected tools.

How does this differ from native AI in Olark?

Native AI features in Olark are often limited to chat suggestions. DoMyWork connects Olark to your entire tech stack, allowing it to perform multi-step actions across apps like HubSpot, Zendesk, and Slack.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Olark automation?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution across Olark and other apps automatically.

Can the Olark agent monitor chats 24/7?

Yes. You can set up autopilot jobs that watch for new completed chats in Olark and trigger actions immediately, ensuring no customer request is ever missed.

Is my Olark chat data safe?

DoMyWork uses secure, encrypted connections to interact with your Olark account. We only process the data required to complete the specific tasks you assign to the agent.

Can the Olark agent connect to more than one app at once?

Yes. The Olark agent is designed for multi-app connectivity. For example, it can read a chat in Olark, update a record in HubSpot, and post a summary to Slack in one single flow.
