Does it actually execute the PDF tasks?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that just suggests edits, our agent executes the work across your connected apps, moving, splitting, and logging data automatically.

How is this different from native PDF tools?

Native tools require manual interaction for every file. DoMyWork agents run in the background, processing files across your apps without you needing to open them.

Is this better than Zapier for PDF workflows?

Zapier requires building complex, rigid sequences. With DoMyWork, you just describe the desired outcome and the agent handles the multi-step logic across PDF Blocks and your apps.

Can the agent monitor my folders for new PDFs?

Yes. You can set up an agent to watch your Google Drive or Dropbox folders and act the moment a new PDF arrives, such as extracting data or routing the file.

Is my document data safe?

Your data is processed securely. We only access the files you authorise the agent to work on, and we do not use your documents to train public AI models.

Can it connect PDF Blocks to multiple apps?

Yes. The agent can read a PDF, extract data, update a Google Sheet, and send a Slack notification all in one instruction.
