Does the PeerBoard agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike a chatbot that only suggests answers, our agent executes actions like creating posts, sending emails, and updating your CRM directly.

How is this different from PeerBoard's native features?

PeerBoard provides the community platform. DoMyWork provides the intelligence to connect that platform to your wider business tools like CRM, helpdesk, and email.

Can I use this instead of Zapier for PeerBoard?

Yes. Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. With DoMyWork, you simply describe your task in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution.

Does the agent monitor my community 24/7?

Yes. Once you set up an autopilot job, the agent watches for new PeerBoard activity and acts on it instantly, ensuring no member question or feedback goes unnoticed.

Is my community data safe with DoMyWork?

Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted connections to interact with your PeerBoard data and only access what is necessary to complete the specific tasks you assign.

Can the agent connect PeerBoard to multiple apps?

Yes. You can instruct the agent to perform a task that involves PeerBoard, Slack, and your CRM simultaneously, creating a truly connected workflow.
