Does the Productive.io agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that offers advice, our agent executes the work. You describe the task in plain English, and it interacts with Productive.io and your other apps to finish the job.

How is this different from native AI in Productive.io?

Native AI features in Productive.io are often limited to the platform itself. DoMyWork acts across Productive.io and 1,500+ other apps, creating a unified workflow that spans your entire agency tech stack.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Productive.io tasks?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. DoMyWork uses an AI agent to understand your intent and execute complex, multi-step operations in Productive.io without you needing to build a manual workflow.

Can the agent monitor my Productive.io projects 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for specific events, such as budget overages or task delays, and trigger immediate actions or alerts without any manual intervention.

Is my agency data safe with the Productive.io agent?

Security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption and strict access controls to ensure your Productive.io data remains private and is only used to execute the tasks you explicitly authorise.

Can the agent connect Productive.io to other apps?

Absolutely. The agent is designed for cross-app execution. It can pull data from Productive.io, process it, and send updates to Slack, Gmail, Xero, Google Sheets, and over 1,500 other business apps.
