Does the Reviewshake agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It does not just suggest responses; it drafts them, tags reviews, and updates your connected apps like HubSpot or Slack automatically based on your specific instructions.

How is this different from native Reviewshake AI?

Native tools are often limited to the Reviewshake dashboard. Our agent works across your entire stack, connecting Reviewshake to your CRM, helpdesk, and communication tools.

Is this better than Zapier for Reviewshake automation?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, manual workflows. Our agent uses plain English to understand your intent and performs complex, multi-step tasks across 1,500+ apps instantly.

Does the agent monitor my reviews 24/7?

Yes. The agent is always on, watching for new reviews the moment they arrive and immediately taking the actions you have defined, such as drafting replies or flagging urgent issues.

Is my customer data safe with DoMyWork?

We prioritise security and privacy. Your data is processed securely, and the agent only accesses the specific apps and records required to complete the tasks you assign.

Can the agent connect Reviewshake to multiple apps?

Absolutely. You can instruct the agent to perform actions across any combination of your connected apps, such as syncing reviews to a spreadsheet and alerting your team in Slack.
