Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks in SamCart?

Yes. Unlike AI copilots that just suggest text or code, DoMyWork AI agents take action, such as creating records, updating customer data, and sending emails on your behalf.

How is this different from native SamCart AI?

Native AI features in SamCart are often limited to specific platform functions. DoMyWork agents connect SamCart to your entire tech stack, allowing for complex, multi-app workflows.

How does it compare to Zapier or Make?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain complex logic flows. DoMyWork agents use natural language to understand your goals and execute the necessary steps across apps without you building a single flow.

Can the agent monitor my SamCart account 24/7?

Yes. With Autopilot, the agent watches your SamCart account for specific events like new orders or failed payments and acts immediately, ensuring no task falls through the cracks.

Is my SamCart data safe with DoMyWork?

We prioritise security and data privacy. The agent only accesses the specific data required to complete the tasks you assign and operates within strict security protocols.

Can the agent connect SamCart to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. You can give a single instruction that involves SamCart, Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets simultaneously, and the agent will coordinate the work across all of them.
