Does the SimpleCert agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that only suggests actions, the DoMyWork agent performs the work. It reads your data, generates certificates in SimpleCert, and sends them to your recipients automatically.

How is this different from native SimpleCert automation?

Native features are often limited to specific triggers. DoMyWork agents connect SimpleCert to 1,500+ other apps, allowing for complex, multi-step intelligence like data enrichment, CRM updates, and conditional logic.

Is this just another Zapier for SimpleCert?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain complex logic flows. With DoMyWork, you simply describe the outcome you want in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution across your apps.

Can the agent monitor SimpleCert 24/7?

Yes. You can set up Autopilot jobs that watch for new attendee data or certificate events, allowing the agent to act instantly, day or night, without you needing to trigger it manually.

Is my attendee data safe with the SimpleCert agent?

Security is our priority. DoMyWork uses secure, encrypted connections to interact with your apps. We only access the data necessary to complete the tasks you assign to the agent.

Can the agent connect SimpleCert to other tools?

Absolutely. The agent works across SimpleCert, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, and 1,500+ other apps, enabling you to build end-to-end processes that span your entire tech stack.
