Does the Simpro agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a copilot that only suggests actions, DoMyWork agents take your plain English instructions and directly manipulate records in Simpro and your other business tools to complete the work.

How is this different from native Simpro automation?

Native Simpro automation is limited to internal rules. DoMyWork agents use AI to understand context, make decisions, and connect Simpro to 1,500+ other apps that native features cannot reach.

Is this just another Zapier or Make?

Zapier requires building manual logic flows. DoMyWork is an agent that understands your goal in plain English, handles multi-step reasoning, and executes the entire process for you.

Can the agent monitor my Simpro account 24/7?

Yes. You can set up autopilot jobs that watch for specific Simpro events—like a new job or invoice—and trigger the agent to act instantly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Is my Simpro data safe with an AI agent?

Security is our priority. DoMyWork uses enterprise-grade encryption and only accesses the specific data needed to execute the tasks you explicitly authorise.

Can the agent connect Simpro to other apps?

Absolutely. The agent can pull data from Simpro and act in your accounting software, email, Slack, or cloud storage, creating a unified workflow across your entire tech stack.
