Does the SMS Gateway Hub agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It does not just suggest actions; it executes them. It can send SMS messages, update your CRM, create helpdesk tickets, and log data based on your plain English instructions.

How is this different from native SMS Gateway Hub features?

Native features are often limited to basic automation. DoMyWork agents use intelligence to understand context, analyse sentiment, and perform complex multi-step tasks across 1,500+ apps.

Is this better than using Zapier for SMS Gateway Hub?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. DoMyWork lets you describe your goal in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution automatically.

Can the agent monitor my SMS Gateway Hub inbox?

Yes. You can set up an autopilot agent to watch your SMS Gateway Hub inbox 24/7, triage incoming messages, and act on them the moment they arrive.

Is my data safe with the SMS Gateway Hub agent?

Yes. We prioritise security and ensure that your SMS Gateway Hub data is handled according to strict privacy standards, with no unauthorised access to your sensitive customer information.

Can the agent connect SMS Gateway Hub to other apps?

Absolutely. It can connect SMS Gateway Hub to your CRM, helpdesk, project management tools, and spreadsheets to ensure your messaging data is always where you need it.
