Does the Spoke agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. Unlike a chatbot that only suggests answers, the DoMyWork agent executes the work, such as updating ticket statuses, logging data, and sending messages across your integrated tools.

How is this different from Spoke's built-in AI?

Spoke's built-in AI focuses on ticket suggestions. DoMyWork acts as an agent that connects Spoke to your entire app ecosystem, allowing it to perform multi-step work across your CRM, HRIS, and project trackers.

Is this just another automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain complex logic. DoMyWork uses an AI agent that understands your tasks in plain English and completes them, removing the need for manual setup.

Can I have the agent monitor my Spoke queue 24/7?

Yes. You can set up the agent on autopilot to watch your Spoke queue, triage new tickets, and flag urgent issues the moment they arrive.

Is my data safe with an AI agent?

Yes. DoMyWork uses secure connections to your apps and never trains on your private data. You retain full control over what the agent can access and execute.

Can the Spoke agent connect to other apps?

Absolutely. The agent can read a Spoke ticket and perform actions in Slack, Google Sheets, Jira, or any of our 1,500+ supported integrations to resolve the request.
