Does the updown.io agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It does not just suggest actions; it performs them, such as triaging alerts, drafting reports, and updating your incident management tools.

How is this different from native updown.io alerts?

Native alerts notify you. The DoMyWork agent acts on those alerts, automating the triage and response process so you don't have to.

vs Zapier for updown.io automation?

Zapier requires you to build rigid workflows. DoMyWork lets you describe your task in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps across updown.io and 1,500+ other apps.

Can the agent monitor my services 24/7?

Yes. You can set up autopilot jobs that watch your updown.io account and act the moment a new alert is received, ensuring constant coverage.

Is my updown.io data safe?

We prioritise security and only access the data required to execute the tasks you explicitly authorise. Your credentials remain secure.

Can the agent connect updown.io to multiple apps?

Absolutely. You can create workflows that pull data from updown.io, process it with AI, and push the results to Jira, Slack, Google Docs, and more.
