Does the Userback agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It doesn't just suggest actions; it performs them, such as creating Jira tickets, drafting emails, or logging data in spreadsheets.

How is this different from native Userback AI features?

Native features are often limited to the Userback platform. Our agent works across your entire stack, connecting Userback to 1,500+ other apps.

How does it compare to Zapier for Userback?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, manual workflows. With DoMyWork, you just describe the task in plain English and the agent figures out the steps.

Can I monitor what the Userback agent is doing?

Yes, you can set the agent to run on autopilot for specific events, and it will log every action it takes for your review.

Is my Userback data safe?

We prioritise data security and privacy. All data processed by our agents is handled securely and according to strict privacy standards.

Can the agent connect Userback to multiple apps at once?

Yes. One instruction can trigger a multi-step process across Userback, Jira, Slack, and Google Sheets simultaneously.
