Does the Willo AI agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It doesn't just suggest actions. It performs them, such as drafting emails in Gmail, updating candidate records in your ATS, and posting summaries to Slack.

How is this different from native AI in Willo?

Native AI features in Willo are limited to the platform. DoMyWork agents connect Willo to 1,500+ other apps, allowing you to move data and trigger actions across your entire tech stack.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Willo tasks?

Zapier requires you to build logic step-by-step. With DoMyWork, you describe the task in plain English and the agent figures out the steps to execute it across Willo and your other tools.

Can the Willo agent run on autopilot?

Yes. You can set up agents to watch for new Willo responses 24/7 and automatically transcribe, score, and route them the moment they arrive.

Is my candidate data safe with the Willo agent?

Yes. DoMyWork is built with enterprise-grade security, ensuring your candidate data is handled securely while the agent performs its tasks.

Can the Willo agent connect to my ATS?

Yes. DoMyWork agents can connect Willo to major ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and others to keep your recruitment records updated automatically.
