Does the Wootric AI agent actually execute tasks?

Yes. It does not just suggest actions; it executes them by connecting to your tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, and Slack to perform the work you describe.

How is this different from native Wootric features?

Wootric provides the feedback data. DoMyWork executes the cross-app workflows triggered by that data, connecting it to your entire stack.

Is this better than Zapier for Wootric automations?

Zapier requires you to build complex logic flows. DoMyWork lets you simply describe the task in plain English, and the agent handles the multi-step execution.

Can the agent monitor feedback 24/7?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for new feedback, analyse it instantly, and act on it the moment it lands.

Is my feedback data safe?

We prioritise security. Your data is processed only to execute the tasks you define, and we do not use it to train public models.

Can I connect Wootric to multiple apps at once?

Yes. You can instruct the agent to perform multi-step tasks, such as analysing feedback, updating your CRM, and notifying your team in Slack all in one go.
