Does DoMyWork actually execute tasks or just suggest them?

It actually executes. When you give an instruction, the agent performs the actions across Workable and your connected apps, such as updating a profile or sending an email.

How is this different from native Workable AI features?

Native features are limited to the Workable platform. DoMyWork connects Workable to 1,500+ other apps, allowing you to trigger actions in Slack, Gmail, or your HR database based on Workable events.

Is this just an automation tool like Zapier?

Zapier requires you to build and maintain if-then logic. DoMyWork uses an AI agent to understand your intent and execute multi-step tasks in plain English, handling the logic automatically.

Can the agent monitor my Workable pipeline for me?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for new applications, stale candidates, or interview updates and act on them instantly, 24/7.

Is my candidate data safe?

Yes. DoMyWork prioritises data security and operates with strict access controls, ensuring your Workable data is handled securely during task execution.

Can I connect Workable to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. You can instruct the agent to do things like screen a candidate in Workable, post a summary to Slack, and add the candidate to your Google Sheets tracker in one single prompt.
