Does the Xoal agent actually execute work?

Yes. Unlike a suggestion engine, the DoMyWork agent performs actions directly in Xoal and your other connected apps based on your instructions.

How is this different from native Xoal AI?

Native AI features are often limited to suggestions within the app. DoMyWork acts across your entire stack, moving data between Xoal, Slack, Gmail, and your other tools.

Is DoMyWork better than Zapier for Xoal tasks?

Zapier requires you to build rigid, step-by-step logic. DoMyWork simply requires you to describe the task in plain English, and the agent figures out the steps to complete it.

Can the Xoal agent work autonomously?

Yes. You can set up agents on autopilot to watch for specific triggers—like a new task or a status change—and act on them instantly without manual input.

Is my data safe with the Xoal agent?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security to ensure your Xoal data remains private and is only accessed to perform the tasks you have explicitly authorised.

Can I connect Xoal to multiple apps at once?

Absolutely. The agent can read from Xoal, process data using AI, and then update multiple other apps like Google Sheets, Slack, or your CRM in a single instruction.
